Additional Services and Fees
Excursion/Sniffari
- Your pet (primarily dogs) will be taken on an outside-their-home excursion, a new or different environment. To give you an idea of this service, it is in addition to any of the main services provided. This is generally an extra 35min to 45min visit at the Flood Channel(if in North Pole), or walking around town(FBX or NP), or a walk-about on a nature trail. Service includes drive time to & from stay. Having new places to sniff is an opportunity for your loved one to utilize one of their best senses, smell. Sniffing new areas stimulates the brain and provides much needed outside time(exercise). There may be opportunities for off leash/free roaming excursions at Mutts Amore’s discretion.
- Pets MUST be trained with good recall and leash manners
- For sitter and pet safety, there is a two(2) pet maximum
- $40 per request in addition to your Main Service rate
PooPatrol: Waste Pick Up
- More in depth service; beyond the daily pick up provided for your pet at your home. Alaskan winters are harsh and can make picking up after your pet difficult, so things build. It’s important to clean as best you can after your pets to prevent any mishaps, unnecessary diseases or sickness due to consumption of waste (Coprophagia). We have our own equipment and supplies available to fulfill this need.
- Subject to time availability. Clients will be notified of times started, finished, then invoiced.
- This is not a stand alone service and must accompany either a Live-in or Stop Over booking.
- $50 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Shuttle
PickUp & DropOff
Does your pet have an appointment while you are away? Can’t pick up or drop off with Boarding? We can help!
- Inclusive to ALL Services
- $15 per occurrence; each way
- Requests to wait at appointments subject to Stop Over charges.
ELMDO Requests (Emergency/Last Minute/Day Of)
- Available for Stop Over Care only
- $25 per occurrence in addition to your Drop In rate with 48 hour or less notice
- Day Of requests are double the Stop Over rate
Canine Moon Cycle
- Required for ALL Services
- You provide her diapers. We'll make sure Miss Ma'am is clean and dressed often during her cycle
- Last Cycle dates must be provided
- $25 per day per unspayed pet
