It is our responsibility, as pet service provider’s, to cultivate a safe, positive, and relaxed environment for your pet(s) while you are away. Encouraging pets to be themselves, on good behavior, under our guardianship.

As pet owner’s ourselves, we understand being our pet’s world. Allowing anyone into this world is a big deal in trust for you and your pet(s). Our goal is to establish a reliable & trusting connection offering the assurance, confidence, and peace of mind needed to help you and your pet(s) to feel at ease with our care.

Mutts Amore is also committed to evolving its pet care practice through continuing education, establishing professional connections, and ensuring your dear & most cherished non-human loves receive the utmost care & attention needed to remain happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Hello!

Thank you for viewing my website! My name Is Marie, animal lover and entrepreneur of Interior Alaska! My family came to North Pole, Alaska, via USAF, in the early 90s, where I grew up and graduated. After some time away in Coastal North Carolina, I married, and made the trek back to Alaska in the summer of 2011 with my husband, Trevor, and our two dogs, Lucy & Maverick in tow. Fairbanks and North Pole are home. We love our community and the opportunities the Interior has afforded us.

I came into pet care shortly after Lucy & Maverick passed away in 2021. They were our world for 15 long & beautiful years. Missy came into our lives in 2015 at about 8yo where she was a fixture in our home sparking much curiosity with our canine guests and keeping everyone on their toes. She passed away at 18/19yo August 2025. We miss them everyday and think of them often.

I see our animal companions as family. They need us as much we need them. Many Interior families have enjoyed my services and love the peace of mind they receive while away. Trevor and I are both Pet CPCR & First aid certified. We also utilize education tools and courses provided as members of PSI(Pet Sitter’s International) where I have also attained CPPS status as a Certified Professional Pet Sitter.
